Returns & Exchanges

At IVG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your IVG account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
